And these super cute, possibly vintage, definitely hand made felt ornaments
We had those elf on the shelf guys when I was kid. You must scour places because I am NEVER that lucky. I'm jealous of your nose for kitsch!

When I saw the thumbnail on facebook, I thought it looked like Jack had a little pink and blue dyed faux-hawk! lol! :) We have an elf on the shelf like that somewhere, except I think ours might be wearing green. :)

I think the one you have labeled as "Gretel??" is Little Bo Peep or Mary had a Little Lamb, I think the fuzzy thing on her side is supposed to be her sheep/Lamb. Or maybe it's a dog & she's supposed to be Old(?) Mother Hubbard?
